Platform

Everything geospatial, behind one token

Atlas is a data platform first: places, roads, buildings, boundaries, transit, terrain, weather and imagery in one model, with an API on top for apps, analysis and simulation.

Maps and tiles

Vector tiles (MVT) of roads, buildings, land use, water and places, plus rendered raster and shaded-terrain tiles, in standard {z}/{x}/{y} paths.
Standard MVT for MapLibre and other vector renderers
Default and vibrant raster themes, at 1× and 2×
Shaded relief from each region’s elevation grid
Read the docs
GET /tiles/vector/{z}/{x}/{y}.mvt
GET /tiles/raster/{z}/{x}/{y}.png
GET /tiles/terrain/{z}/{x}/{y}.png

Places and geocoding

Full-text place search, forward and reverse geocoding, nearest-by-category and walkability facets over Overture places and addresses.
Search biased toward a point, filtered by category
Address-first geocoding and reverse geocoding
Nearest grocery, park, pharmacy, school… in one call
Read the docs
GET /search?q=&near=
GET /geocode?q=
GET /places/nearby-facets?at=&facets=

Routing and transit

Turn-by-turn directions, isochrones, one-call travel-time comparisons and GTFS trip planning, on Atlas’s own routing graph.
Drive, walk and bike profiles on one graph
Isochrones for “within 20 minutes” searches
Walk + transit itineraries from GTFS timetables
Read the docs
GET /route?from=&to=&mode=
GET /isochrone?lat=&lng=&maxDurationS=
GET /transit/plan?from=&to=&depart=

Satellite imagery

Ingested remote-sensing datasets served as tiles straight from cloud-optimized GeoTIFFs, with colormaps, rescale ranges and band algorithms per request.
Served from cloud-optimized GeoTIFFs, rendered per tile
rescale, colormap_name and algorithm per request
Pick a scene by date, or get the latest
Read the docs
GET /raster/{dataset}/{z}/{x}/{y}.png?rescale=&colormap_name=

Earth Engine-compatible analysis

Paste a Code Editor script and get the same maps, printed numbers and charts, computed by Atlas over public archives and your own data.
Unmodified Code Editor scripts: ee, Map, ui, print
Landsat, Sentinel-2, NAIP, MODIS and SRTM from public STAC
Static check names anything unsupported before a run
Read the docs
GET /ee/datasets
POST /ee/check
POST /ee/run

Custom route ranking

Rank routes by your own metrics, not just travel time: send a grid of anything you can map (heat, noise, air quality) with a weight, and Atlas finds the best route under it.
Send any metric as a grid; each street takes the cells along it
Stack up to four weighted layers on top of travel time
Get the fastest route alongside, for an honest comparison
POST /route { from, to, mode, weights, compare }

Digital-twin export

Export a region as OGC 3D Tiles, ASAM OpenDRIVE and OpenSCENARIO, ready for simulators such as CARLA.
OGC 3D Tiles with buildings and roads as glTF
ASAM OpenDRIVE road networks
ASAM OpenSCENARIO that references the road network
Read the docs
GET /export/3d-tiles/tileset.json
GET /export/opendrive.xodr
GET /export/openscenario.xosc

Boundaries and conditions

Administrative divisions, elevation, live weather observations and road hazards for any covered point.
Divisions from neighborhood to country, with boundaries
Elevation, live weather observations and road hazards
Every point answer says when it’s outside coverage
Read the docs
GET /divisions/containing
GET /weather/at
GET /hazards
GET /elevation

Put a whole city behind one API

Make your first request in a few minutes: search a place, route to it and pull the imagery around it.
